MARQ PROJECTS & EXECUTIVE PRODUCTION

MarQ and Adam have been working closely for years. First creating the "My Room" single and everything released since then. These releases include "Hayden's Demos", the "Rhodie" EP, and most recently "Matchbox". Matchbox is the debut album by marQ. Written, produced and created by marQ and Adam Bross, the six months spent on creating this project, Hayden and Adam worked very closely to get this project to the standards that they had in mind. Adam was able to support the project through creative direction and executive production. At the core of this project, the creation came from having fun and making music that we genuinely beleive in, which we feel is present throughout this project. The majority of the album was recorded in St. Louis at Haydens home studio. Some being recorded and produced at Adams home studio in Philadelphia. Live drums were recorded at Nightbird Studio in Los Angeles, as well as the first single being produced in Tokyo, Japan. Haydens demos was created by Hayden and Adam in the spring of 2024. It all started with the first song hayden and adam created together, "My Room". After that, they released "Girl", "On & Off", and then released the rest of Hayden's Demos which was a 5 song EP. Rhodie EP was the second EP project that hayden and Adam created, seperated by "Losing My Cool", and "Farewell". Majority was created in Adam's apartment in chicago in the summer of 2024. Older songs, but still have the feeling of the time they were created in. Following the release of the "Matchbox" album, marQ went on a nation-wide tour playing in New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, DC, Boston, and NYC again. This Tour was booked and coordianted by Adam Bross.
